As a Financial Planner, Al works with individuals and small businesses that value a planning process when it comes to financial related decisions. He stresses to his clients the importance of creating a long-term investment allocation strategy before making individual investment decisions.

Al has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. He began his career at the Bulfinch Group in Boston in 1995 where he focused on risk management and portfolio asset allocation for individuals, and 401(k) and executive deferred compensation plans for small businesses. In 1997, Al joined New England Advisory Group in Newton where he began to focus on retirement planning. It was there that he partnered with Steve Faberman.

In 2003, Al and Steve joined Integrated Financial Partners, Inc. They work as a team along with their staff, Director of Investment Planning Operations Matt Bonsall, and assistants Kristan Bjorkman, Wendy Karkoska, and Carla Leombruno. Together they work closely with each client to offer solutions designed to help them pursue their financial goals.

Al has a degree in Business Administration and currently holds Series 6, Series 62 and Series 63 registrations with LPL Financial and Series 65 with Integrated Wealth Concepts. Recently Al was listed as a 2017 Five Star Wealth Manager* in Boston Magazine.

Al is an active supporter of The Pan-Mass Challenge, a charitable organization that raises money for life saving cancer research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He enjoys cycling, skiing, and golfing when he's not working or spending valuable time with his wife, Michele, and his three children, Madison, Emma and William.
